Waking up after Y2 sleepover

The day started at 6.30am with jump jam before breakfast in the dark. Fun was had by all and everyone will sleep well tonight!

O E day - the story so far......

We are having a fantastic day. The children are having heaps of fun and loads of wonderful parent helpers

Fun with Maths

We have found a fun way to practice our skip counting in 2s, 5s & 10s. And we get to dance as well! 

Music and Maori

Together with Room 7 we went to see Mrs Warren and Mrs Coulam to do some Music, movement and Maori. Look at our big smiles. 

More water wise stars

High fives all round for Campbell, Alicia and Aiden who all passed level 2 water wise and also to Lilly who has worked really hard to overcome her fears and passed level 1. A good display of our school motto, effort brings reward. They all celebrated their success by getting 2 look after one of the class zebras for the afternoon. 

Full school assembly certificate

Congratulations to Rylan. He recieved the principals certificate at full school assembly. Well done, it's great having you in Room 5. 

Water wise success

Well done to Soleil, Gemma, Ashlyn and Liam - they all passed level 2 water wise. Great work guys. 

Painting kiwis

As part of our art we have been learning to mix and blend colours. Today we painted kiwi birds blending brown paint to make the feathers.
