Shared morning tea.
Yum! We had a fantastic morning tea. George's home made Hokey Pokey was a big hit with the teachers!
Rangoli patterns
The children made Rangoli patterns either by coloring on or making them with shapes or pegs. 
Cultures day!
Don't we all look fantastic? The weather has not dampened our spirits. We had great fun doing some jump jam moves all dressed up.

Kiwi Stories
Our art focus this term has been on painting; identifying warm and cool colours, colour mixing primary colours to make secondary colours, blending paint to create different shades, using a paintbrush correctly and learning about composition. While we were developing these skills we created our own Kiwi stories. Come and have a look.

Show and tell
The children loved sharing their information books this afternoon. It was great hearing facts and learning conversations as they discussed books together.

Aimee's birthday treat!
We all had a treat at morning tea today. As it was Aimee's birthday, her Mum and Nana brought ice bocks for us all. Yum!
