This week we found out what makes soft drinks fizz.
On Monday we mixed all the ingredients together in a bucket and left it to stand over night.
On Tuesday we strained it and bottled our Ginger Beer.
We left it for three days and when the bottle went hard it was ready to drink. It was very fizzy.
Erin tells us she wasn't all that keen on the ginger beer, but it looks like it was fun to make.
